He gathers information from team members to make critical decisions on current obstacles, priorities, and efficiencies. Additionally, Alexander leads catalog outreach, focusing on the motivations and preliminary negotiations of catalog pricing when interfacing with with buyers.
Garvit Aggarwal has a background in engineering, economics, and finance. After which, education in the music business enabled him to focus on music finance, data visualization, and music technology enhancement. Garvit’s responsibilities with KRP are to engage in data analysis, financial valuation of catalogs, visualizing qualitative and financial analysis, running opportunity analysis through technologies developed for KRP, and supervising tech building activities for KRP to bring solutions for the music industry problems.
Sophie Gerdes is the key contact for client and investor relationships. Some of her main responsibilities include managing all catalogs, helping the Senior Financial Analyst in their evaluation and functioning as a Legal Analyst.
Garrett Stack focuses on the legal analysis and due diligence for the deals KRP represents. He will examine any contracts involved ranging from record deals, publishing deals, producer agreements, management contracts, and others. Garrett will coordinate with the financial team to ensure all the assets are available for sale and any legal barriers and/or opportunities can be reflected in the valuation. He organizes all the legal documents to make the buyer’s legal, due diligence more efficient and acts as a liaison for any questions that arise during the due diligence period.
Emilia De Cola conducts qualitative analysis research about the artist. She gathers information regarding the artist's history, music career highlights, most famous songs, and music award accomplishments to present to investors. Emilia's key responsibilities also include office administration tasks.
